“Olaochi you can’t mean this? Didi said in surprise
“But I do and there is no two ways about this”
“This is totally insane, I have never heard anything like this in my life” Didi said
“There is always a first time” Olaoma replied, nonchalantly.
In the living room, a young lady is lying comfortably on the couch with an eye covering blue mask on, while four other young ladies including Didi the first speaker gathered around her. Didi, Oma and Olaochi the young lady on the couch are triplets, while Elozino popularly called Zino and Tamara called Tara are twins.
The sisters known by all as the squad are definitely upset with Olaochi and a heated argument is going on.
Zino’s phone rings and she excuses herself and goes to the open-door way which leads to the kitchen. Her sisters are too busy to pay attention to her answering the call. After about five minutes, she returns to join her sisters
“Who was that?” Her twin sister Tara asked
Mum and her sister” Zino said
“Who?” the others asked
“I said mum and our Aunt”
“You didn’t say anything, did you” Oma turned on her head towards Zino.
“I did, since they have been trying to get hold of everyone and none of us picked up our phones. They wanted to know why we’ve kept them waiting at the mall the past two hours” She retorted
“Zino!!, couldn’t you have given an excuse at least” Didi scolded
“Lie, you mean? Zino answered angrily
“If this had involved Tara won’t you lie or give excuse as you call it” Didi retorted
“Leave her alone Didi, she is not the cause of the present problem. If you need any one to pick on, then it’s your adorable triplet sister” Tara replied sarcastically.
“Stop it guys, this is not the time for this. You know it. Oma said.
A loud knock on the door startles everyone except the young lady on the couch, the door is pushed opened and two identical looking women in their fifties rushed into the room.
“why is this room in darkness?” the first of the ladies asked.
