“Mum I am on the good list” How many of us hear this everyday now. Yes its that time of the year that it doesn’t take much for our children to be in their good and best behaviour, name any chore that is age appropriate for them and be sure that it would be snapped up fast. No dwindling, no grumbling, no complains but all smiles.
Hmmm! don’t know if every mum feels like me. Please this shouldn’t end, the season I mean. Just love how my little ones are trying to out do each other.
Over heard my daughter six telling my cousin, she is on the top most list of Santa’s good list this year, my cousin asked her how did she know. She told my cousin that apart from all the good deeds of giving her brothers all her snacks, McDonalds and treats, she has also been helping to pick up their stuffs from their rooms.
What! poor baby, getting the hang of it all from my son’s who know better. When I tried to raise an alarm on it all, my husband and my cousin called me “kill joy” that I am going to destroy the fun of it all for my little girl.
Fun indeed! the boys are not only eating her snacks but making my poor baby pick up after them and tidy their rooms each time I ask them to do it.
Well! they think they are smart because they are older and know better about Santa now but they will get a shock, I am going to make her wish come true on the list She wrote to Santa. How about that for the season. Indeed my girl have done all it takes to be on Santa’s good list.
Would someone help to tell Santa how wonderful Mimi was this season, she is just an angel walking around doing good deeds for everyone with her little hands.
